The Gallery of Innovations will also see an innovative dish rinsing machine by SALVAYOR. It will be a European premiere. Owing to a strong beam of water, it is possible to rinse leftovers thoroughly off the dishes. It works taking advantage of a closed water circulation system, where the leftovers are cleaned by a built-in separator. It saves up to 80% of water and hugely lowers the dishwashing work costs.
