The DREMA, FURNICA and SOFAB Fairs organized in Poznań constitute the most important centre for the purchase of machinery, components and materials for furniture production for manufacturers from across Eastern Europe. The 2018 edition will be attended by more than 500 exhibitors from several dozen countries. The exhibitors will present new, more efficient machinery and tools for furniture production, innovative fittings and accessories, or modern fabrics, materials and decorative elements reflecting the latest trends. The organizers expect more than 15,000 professional attendees, mainly from Poland and Eastern European countries.
For exhibitors, their participation in the Drema, Furnica and Sofab Fairs is an opportunity to promote their offer in one of the largest and fastest growing markets. More than 27,000 companies deals with furniture production in Poland. After China, Italy and Germany, Poland is the fourth largest furniture exporter in the world. The export of Polish furniture has been growing continuously since 2004. According to the preliminary data of the Central Statistical Office, in 2017 the volume of Polish exports increased by 6.3% to the amount of EUR 51.4 billion (EUR 12.2 billion).
